Fixed scope
A written scope with dates and a price before we start. Changes get their own scope rather than quietly consuming the first one.
Friday notes
Every week, in writing: what changed, what is next, what we got wrong. No status meeting required.
One studio
No subcontractors you have not met. If we need a specialist, we say who they are and what they cost.
We say no
If the work is not worth doing yet, or someone cheaper would do it better, that is the reply you get.
